Grievance Redressal Policy

Blueorbit Corporation Private Limited is committed to resolving user grievances fairly and promptly, in line with applicable Indian laws including the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) framework and Information Technology Act rules.

1. How to Raise a Grievance

You can raise a grievance through: (a) the in-platform Help & Support ticket system; (b) the Smart Bidd AI Assistant → "Talk to a Human" escalation; or (c) email to support@smartbidd.com. Please include your registered email, role, and any relevant Order ID (SB-ORD-…) or Requirement ID (SB-RFQ-…).

2. What to Include

Helpful grievances include: user/account information, account role, Order ID or Requirement ID, a clear description of the issue, and any supporting evidence (images, documents, screenshots).

3. Grievance Officer

Designated Grievance Officer – details will be displayed on this page once formally appointed. Until then, all grievances are handled by our support leadership team via support@smartbidd.com.

4. Acknowledgement and Timelines

We acknowledge grievances within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within 30 days, keeping you informed of progress through the ticket thread and notifications.

5. Escalation

If unresolved, grievances may be escalated internally for senior review. Order-related financial disputes follow the Dispute and Refund & Cancellation policies.
