This policy governs subscriptions and billing on the Smart Bidd platform operated by Blueorbit Corporation Private Limited.
1. Free Allowances
Buyers receive 5 free Requirements. Sellers receive 3 free Bids. After the free allowance is used, the relevant user may need to purchase a paid subscription to continue posting Requirements or bidding.
2. Plans
Smart Bidd offers multiple plans (e.g., Free, Starter, Professional, Business, Enterprise) with different usage limits and features. Plans may be offered with monthly, quarterly or annual durations. Current plan pricing and limits are dynamically managed from the Smart Bidd admin dashboard and are always displayed on the Platform before purchase — we do not publish fixed prices in this document.
3. Billing and Renewal
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance through our payment gateway. Unless cancelled, subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of each billing period using your saved payment method. You can view plan, usage and expiry in the Subscription page of your portal.
4. Plan Changes
You may upgrade at any time; the new plan takes effect immediately. Downgrades take effect from the next billing period. Usage limits apply per billing period as defined by the plan.
5. Cancellation and Expiry
You may cancel auto-renewal anytime; the plan remains active until the end of the paid period, after which the account returns to the Free tier. Already-consumed allowances are not restored.
6. Failed Payments
If a renewal payment fails, we may retry and notify you. Continued failure leads to subscription expiry and reversion to the Free tier; paid usage already consumed is not refunded.
7. Refunds
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable once the billing period begins, except where required by law or where a duplicate/erroneous charge is established — contact support@smartbidd.com within 7 days of the charge.
8. Taxes
GST at 18% applies to all Smart Bidd service charges — platform fees, logistics charges, subscription purchases and seller commission. Smart Bidd does not charge GST on the product order value; product-level taxes, if any, are the Seller's responsibility and part of the bid price.
